What is PSP?

We have this paper which goes by the name " Software Process Management" for this semester and that paper completely talks about PSP. We are almost at the end of the semester.

We had a group presentation happening and it was obviously something related to PSP. Alagiri - a member of the team voluntarily interrupted Bairav s presentation stating he ll take forward the presentation from there on. As soon Alagiri walked up and moved to the next slide which had the title... "..... and PSP " Arunachalam asked Alagiri "one doubt... what is PSP?" and Alagiri retaliated telling "You should have listened properly to the seminar all this time" and he started moving backwards in the slide hoping to find its expansion. But the best part was that the definition of PSP was so obvious that it was not part of the presentation.
